TLC is overseen by a board of nine members. These people are involved with TLC in various capacities and we are tremendously grateful for their advice and expertise, as well as their willingness to support our efforts.

Thea Jarvis
Founding Director of TLC Ministries.
Thea has 5 biological children and 15 more that have been legally adopted.
She and her family have been the driving force behind The Love of Christ Ministries, since it was established in 1993.
Fiona MacLachlan
Fiona is a lawyer specialising in family and labour law.
She has 3 children of her own and has been involved in supporting The Love of Christ Ministries for a number of years.
Jo Gruneberg
Jo is responsible for the IT department in a large engineering company. Jo and his family have been closely involved with TLC for a number of years.
He and his wife, Vivienne have two sons and have recently adopted a daughter from TLC.
Their youngest son married an ex-volunteer from TLC, they have a daughter and now live in the UK.
Mark Kaplan
Mark has been a friend of the family for more than 30 years. He is a succesful businessman who until recently owned a large logistics company, which he has now sold.
Mark has two sons and two daughters.
