MEET PASCAL...
Pascal* was born in the autumn of 2007. When he was two months old his mother left him with his father (a migrant worker from Mozambique) and disappeared. His father was not equipped to care for a little baby and requested assistance.
As a result Pascal joined us at TLC in mid-winter. A scrawny little fellow with difficult skin who demanded a lot of time and attention, it nevertheless didn't take long for him to settle in with us.
After almost a year of counselling and interaction with his biological family the social worker's successfully returned Pascal to the custody of his biological aunt.
