Monica
Monica was born in autumn 2007 and admitted to a children's home in Johannesburg. She had under-developed lungs and was on supplemental oxygen. After 4 months she was transferred to TLC as the home she was in were unable to manage the oxygen supply. After admission we discovered she had viral encephalitis, which we were told was probably going to be terminal.
She passed away in hospital a few weeks later. She was 5 months old.
